  • Staffing each legal matter with attorneys that have the legal expertise and experience appropriate to the nature and complexity of the matter.
  • Keeping clients fully informed of all significant developments and providing clients with copies of all relevant documents received or prepared by our attorneys.
  • Returning all telephone and email messages from clients promptly.
  • Always remembering that there are competing providers of legal services available to our clients if our legal services do not measure up in every respect.
